I am a Connecticut Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in outpatient, crisis, and residential treatment settings.  My couples therapy education includes advanced level concentration in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels I and II.  I also have training in EMDR and Gestalt therapies.   I am a clinical fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a member of the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I participate with ALL commercial insurance plans as well as Husky Health Connecticut and Medicare.
